This
is downloadable and will be a tremendous help for new
referees to have prior to getting licensed:
Go to www.gcsoa.com
Click on USSF and near the bottom you will select
Laws
of the Game.
Go to far TOP RIGHT and select regulations and
directories.
Go to Laws of the Game on the drop down menu.
You will have several options as to how you would like
to view or down load them.
This can be helpful to Referees and Coaches alike!
