Team 8UB-07 Fall Schedule

Parent and Players,Our schedule for the Fall 2017 season is listed on AYSO website at www.ayso-cr.org. Our team is 8UB-07, Coach Dan Clark.

Forty teams have been scheduled for a doubleheader this Fall season including ours. October 7th, we play at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. We also have two weekdays games, Tuesday, September, 26th and Monday, October 2nd, both at 5:30 PM. There are a few ways to view our sons game schedule, www.AYSO-CR.org and via the Team U8B-07 BlueSombrero calendar. I will be entering the games this weekend to the team page. I apologize for all the single emails in advance. For those that are used to the AYSO-CR page, below is a tip to have all the team games listed or pinned when you visit our local AYSO web pages.

In closing, it will be a great weekend to grab a ball and play with your son. Next practice we will teach and drill ball handling skills dribbling the ball between each foot, back and forth. Feel free to introduce the skill through play. These small “ball touches” build his skill, confidence, and allow him to explore. Do your best not to coach your son, just encourage and have some fun to play soccer.

Tip – Have all your upcoming games show up on the homepage of our website:Not everybody might be aware of the following functionality: On the website, do the following:1. Click on 'Schedules' in the menu.2. On the Schedules page, click on your division (e.g. 8U Boys).3. On the Schedules page for the selected 8U Boys division, click on your team's team code - not on the coach name (e.g. 8UB-07)4. On the Schedules page for the selected team, click on 'Add this team to My Favorite Teams' at the bottom of the screen.5. You should see your team now listed under 'My Favorite Teams' at the bottom of the main menu. Going forward, clicking on the team will take you directly to your team's schedule. The selected team will be listed under 'My Favorite Teams' every time you come back to the website on the same computer. You will also see 'My Upcoming Games' popup at the top of the home page. Giving you the essential game info right then and right there, so you don't even have to go to the schedules page anymore!6. You can add more than one team to 'My Favorite Teams' Or do the following:1. Click on 'Parents/Players' in the menu.2. Click on 'Find my Team' in the submenu under 'Parents/Players'.3. Enter your child's first name, date of birth and your home phone number, and then click on 'Find My Team'.Click on 'Add this team to My Favorite Teams' at the bottom of the screen.
